Transfer of ownership of a car or motorcycle




Buying or selling a vehicle, whether it is a car or a motorcycle, has a series of documents must be completed and the corresponding fees paid.
At Ballemar Consultores Casares-Manilva we the transfer of ownership of a car or motorcycle practically online and within a period of 24 to 48 hours.

The following documents will be required, filled out and signed by each of the parties:
- Purchase-sale contract (download 1)*
* The buyer's address stated in the contract must match that on their DNI/NIE, otherwise a registration certificate must be provided.
- DGT transfer notification (download 2)
These documents, together with the original of the Vehicle Registration Card, will be collected by our courier.

Through email or WhatsApp chat you can provide:
- Photo of all the pages of the Technical Sheet
- DNI/NIE of the buyer and the seller

Although the process is online, in Casares Pueblo at Calle Morrilla 18 and in Manilva at Calle Guadarrama 17, we have a delivery mailbox.

We also offer our clients to meet at a meeting point for the delivery of the documents, often it is at the Bahía de Casares Restaurant, here is its location 3.
