Procedures for Foreigners




There are different reasons to live on the Costa del Sol, they are all worth it!

As a foreigner you can be living in Casares or Manilva in your 2nd residence, enjoying your retirement. If you are a resident you will need to present your annual income, you could generate a digital certificate to carry out procedures with the administration, or perhaps you wish to domicile your contributions.
