With the purpose of promoting the improvement of the aesthetics of the facades of the Center
Historic of Casares, the City Council makes available the procedure for granting subsidies for painting and improving the decoration of the facades of the houses located in the Historic Center.
Ballemar Consultores Casares offers to carry out the management to request the subsidy before the City Council of Casares. The price of the service is € 25 + € 25, with a first payment to activate the processing and a second payment that will only be made effective in case of obtaining the subsidy.
The eligible actions are all those carried out in the facades, which do not structurally affect the house, which result in the improvement aesthetics of the same, and that they are contemplated within the municipal regulations (patched and painted, and decoration proposals with the competent municipal).
All the residents of Casares, with homes located in the Historic Center of the town, may be beneficiaries, whether they are owners, tenants, or concession of use, who are registered in the home in which they intend to act, with an antiquity equal to or greater than one year, and whose family unit has an income below 2.5 times the IPREM.
The requirements to qualify for the grant are:
1) Accreditation of the applicant's personality through Certified photocopy of DNI
2) Income declaration of all persons of legal age registered in the dwelling, from the year prior to the presentation of the application.
3) Authorization to verify that the applicant has no debts with the Casares City Council (annex 1))
4) Authorization to access the registration data (Annex 1)
5) Certificate of being up to date with Social Security.
6) In the case of coating the facade with paint: Photographic dossier with the performance. current state of the façade and budget for the performance.
7) In the case of performance of decorum: explanatory memory with the action to be carried out, detailed budget and photographic dossier current state.
8) Responsible declaration of having the necessary authorizations or permits to carry out the proposed action. (Appendix 1)
9) Certificate from the Banking Entity proving the ownership of the account of the applicant for the Aid.
